2. KNOW THE AREA
Knowing more than just the specifics about your open house, and knowing the area that your open house is located will be vital to the success of your showing. You could be the expert that someone is looking for. You should know the comps, what’s for sale, what has sold, and the average for sale price in the area. 3. INVITE THE NEIGHBORS.
Knock on some of the neighbors homes around you, introduce yourself, and let them know about your upcoming open house. Be prepared to answer a few questions about the real estate market, they too might be interested in selling their home.
